Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Develop and implement ServiceNow modules and workflows to automate business processes
• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to meet client specifications
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides
• Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow platform issues
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices and advancements to ensure optimal system performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management processes and best practices
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including workflows, forms, integrations, and UI customization
• Experience with ServiceNow applications such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ServiceNow certifications are a plus
