StaffWerk is excited to announce an opening for enthusiastic Servers to join our vibrant team! As a leading staffing agency in the hospitality industry, we connect talented individuals with opportunities that allow you to shine. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our clients' guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor, providing them with menus and special event details.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner, checking on their satisfaction and addressing any needs throughout their meal.
• Handle payments and maintain accurate cash and credit transactions.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or catering environment preferred but not required.

• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to provide exceptional customer service.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays of food and drinks (up to 25 pounds).

• Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and a positive attitude toward working in a team-oriented environment.

Pay:

$18.00 per hour
