Senior Electrical Engineer

As the Senior Electrical Engineer (Department Head), you'll serve as a pivotal leader within the department

• Overseeing the day-to-day responsibilities of staff and providing mentorship in technical expertise and professional development.
• Managing projects of various sizes and types, from conceptualization to construction completion, leveraging our in-house collaboration with multiple disciplines.
• Spearhead projects,
• Engaging with clients,
• Ensuring technical excellence
• Orchestrating the project team and schedule to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Degree in area of expertise
• PE
• 10+ years of experience in A/E environment
• Demonstrated success in managing projects
• Engineering expertise in field and knowledge of parallel fields
