Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Content Marketing Specialist to lead the creation and implementation of compelling content across multiple marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be an expert in branding, SEO, UX, and marketing language. They will have a passion for writing and a flair for creativity, with the ability to craft engaging content that resonates with our target audience. Additionally, this person should have the skills to build landing page layouts, including wireframes and content, and have experience in DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) and eCommerce environments. This is a full-time, on-site position based out of Tomball, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Draft and develop high-quality content for website wireframes, ensuring it aligns with the overall user experience (UX) and brand voice.
  • Copywriting: Write compelling copy for various marketing materials, including website, social media captions, advertisements, and other digital content.
  • SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content is consistent with our brand guidelines and effectively communicates our brand values.
  • Landing Page Development: Design and create landing page layouts, including wireframes and content, that effectively convert visitors into leads or customers.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Understand and apply principles of conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve the performance of content and landing pages.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute content strategies for marketing campaigns across different channels.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content that meets marketing goals and objectives.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.

Other Duties:

  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support the evolving needs of the Company.
  • Follow Company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of creating successful content strategies and delivering high-quality content.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with UX principles and their application in content development.
  • Experience in designing and building landing page layouts, including wireframes and content.
  • Experience in DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) and eCommerce environments.
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and marketing tools.
  • Experience in an agency setting is a plus.
  • Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time.

Job Location and Work Schedule:

  • 4 days per week: 22503 Lain Road, Spring 77379 - Farmhouse Office
  • Wednesdays: 13808 Boudreaux Road, Bldg. #2, Tomball, TX 77377 - Tomball Office
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; lunch break 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm

  • The salary range is $60,000 - $75,000.
