Mission:

Drive Rocket Code’s expansion in the AI and software consulting and implementation market by securing high-value opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and leading sales efforts in the US market.

Responsibilities

    • Strategic Sales and Market Expansion:
      • Define and execute high-impact sales strategies to position Rocket Code as a leader in AI and software consulting and implementation.
      • Identify, pursue, and close high-value business opportunities, with a focus on enterprise-level clients in key industries.
      • Leverage an existing pipeline of potential clients and consistently expand it through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
    • Client Relationship Leadership:
      • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers.
      • Act as a strategic advisor, understanding complex client needs and aligning Rocket Code’s solutions to drive value.
      • Develop and present tailored business proposals and contracts to meet client objectives.
    • Sales Strategy Execution:
      • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and proposals.
      • Negotiate and secure contracts with terms favorable to both Rocket Code and the client.
    • Pipeline Development and Optimization:
      • Build, maintain, and expand a robust sales pipeline with a focus on high-value, long-term opportunities.
      • Monitor and report on pipeline metrics, providing insights to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
    • Collaboration and Market Insights:
      • Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to align solutions with client needs and market demands.
      • Provide feedback to internal teams to influence product development and service offerings.
      • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in AI and software.
    • Leadership and Brand Representation:
      • Represent Rocket Code at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
      • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence in sales.

Requirements

        1. Education:
          • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields. A Master’s degree is preferred.
        2. Experience:
          • Minimum of 8 years in business development, sales, or account management roles, with at least 5 years focused on software consulting and implementation.
          • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through enterprise-level software solutions.
          • Existing pipeline of potential clients or demonstrated ability to rapidly build one.
        3. Skills and Competencies:
          • Strong ability to manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing high-value deals.
          • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
          • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven mindset.
          • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
        4. Languages:
          • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
        5. Location and Availability:
          • Must reside in Austin, Texas.
          • Availability for local and national travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
