We are looking for a Senior Account Executive, with Portuguese fluency, to join our dynamic US sales team. The Senior Account Executive will take charge of the entire sales journey, develop and nurture a dynamic pipeline, and lead exciting sales initiatives for Kahoot! At Work, working with a variety of global accounts.
The Senior Account Executive reports to the Manager, Enterprise Sales. The position is located in Austin, Texas.

The role
The Senior Account Executive's main responsibility shall be to manage the entire sales process, to build and manage a strong pipeline and to drive sales in the Kahoot! At Work segment for global accounts across industries. Senior Account Executives will be expected to take on a team lead role, supporting and mentoring Account Executives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process - from initial contact to closing the deals.
- Drive initiatives to build and maintain a strong pipeline through account management and outbound initiatives that creates revenue quarter over quarter.
- Personnel management responsibilities for the team, acting as a coach and facilitator for your team member ensuring they develop and perform, and live the Kahoot! values (Playful, Curious and Inclusive).
- Lead a culture where your team member supports and cares for the success of each other, ensuring each team member contributes to our overall health and achievement as a team.
- Be the subject matter expert in presenting the value and drive the sales process of Kahoot! at Work suite.
- Work closely together with our Customer Success team, Sales Engineering team, Product team and rest of the commercial team defining business objectives and use cases to ensure high business outcomes for the customers and to ensure we reach our goals.
- Utilize HubSpot (CRM) to manage and record all account activity, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date quotations, account activities, opportunities, and leads.
- Provide regular business pipeline reports/forecasts, including ad-hoc reporting as needed.
- Enable customer resources on the product including developing presentations, Customer pitch, demos as well as attend outside sales events as needed.
- Educate and support Americas Sales team on internal products and tools that enable revenue generations.
- Responsible for following processes and procedures in the team, including submitting invoices on supplier portals, tax compliance and other administrative tasks relevant to our customers.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Higher university degree (Bachelor's degree minimum).
- Fluency in Portuguese is required for this position.
- Proven track record of developing and drive B2B sales preferably from Software (SaaS) Sales.
- 5+ years experience in solution selling to stakeholders on different levels including c-level and building relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Experience in working with larger enterprises will be considered as an advantage.
- Ambitious, self driven and energized by a performance, fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Team player with ability to work in a distributed and international environment.
