Security Systems Technician

We are currently seeking an Intrusion Alarm, Video Surveillance and Access Control Technician to join our team of over 900 of the best fire protection and Intrusion alarm professionals in the industry. This position is based in our Houston, TX location.

• Installation of Intrusion Alarm, Video Surveillance and Access Control equipment and the service, repair and maintenance of Intrusion Alarm, Video Surveillance and Access Control systems.
• Diagnosing and evaluating systems that require servicing as well as troubleshoot issues that arise during inspections.
• Interact with customers, contractors, vendors and other employees in a respectful, professional manner.
• Survey facilities for new installation and retrofit of intrusion systems and generate equipment/material list for estimate on an as needed basis.

Requirements

• Work experience, training or education in the installation, maintenance, inspection and repair of Intrusion Alarm, Video surveillance and Access Control systems. Preference given to those with experience and certifications in Bosch.
• May work in variety of businesses and institutions including commercial, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, education and government facilities.
• Qualified candidates will have their State of Texas issued Alarm systems installer license, Electronic Access Control Device Installer License or be willing to obtain any applicable state licenses.
• A current Driver’s License
• Must be able to satisfy Government, Federal and Customs background check requirements.
