Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and scheduling appointments for patients while keeping their preferences and needs in mind.
• Contacting patients to confirm scheduled appointments and follow up as necessary.
• Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits, ensuring accurate data collection for billing purposes.
• Assisting patients with inquiries and concerns, resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintaining accurate and organized records of patient information and schedules.
• Collaborating with healthcare providers and staff to streamline processes and enhance patient satisfaction.

Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma preferred or (GED) general education degree;
• 1-2 years of experience in a scheduling or administrative role, preferably in a medical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to create a positive experience for patients.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and medical software for scheduling and verification tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
