Requirements

• Design, implement, and manage SAP solutions with a strong emphasis on cloud integration.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Lead the architecture and design of SAP systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and optimal performance.
• Stay informed on the latest SAP and cloud technologies and industry trends.
• Facilitate architecture design workshops and oversee the development, integration, and deployment of advanced SAP applications on SAP BTP Cloud.
• Establish processes and tools while providing technical guidance to enhance best practices, ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of SAP BTP environments and enabling seamless integration with other systems.
• Spearhead the design, build, and deployment phases for SAP S/4 HANA transformation projects within the SAP BTP framework.
• Develop comprehensive architectural plans for systems integration to implement SAP S/4 HANA in complex environments involving third-party systems, legacy systems, and cloud-based solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical experts, to understand the current IT landscape and business requirements, providing advisory support throughout the implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP and cloud infrastructure.
• Optimize the overall architecture of the S/4 HANA system for peak performance.
• Manage integration efforts across multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring the planning and delivery of solutions that meet functional business requirements.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of cumulative hands-on experience with SAP, S/4HANA, and SAP BTP.
• Proven experience as an SAP Technical Architect with a strong background in cloud technologies, including Azure and multi-cloud environments.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and architecture.
• Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud Platform.
• Comprehensive expertise in SAP technical architecture, with a particular focus on SAP BTP solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SAP technologies, including SAP BTP, SAP HANA, and SAP Fiori.
• Experience with SAP Advanced Workflow.
• Knowledge of API integration with SAP APM.
• Proven track record as a Technical Architect or in a similar role, preferably within the context of business transformation programs.
• Experienced in driving SAP BTP-related initiatives (e.g., developments, guidelines) within DevOps and/or agile environments.
• Excellent communication skills, a service- and solution-oriented mindset, and strong analytical capabilities.
• Keen attention to detail and quality, with the ability to quickly learn and apply new business concepts, models, and techniques.
• Strong understanding of integration technologies and middleware.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• SAP certification(s) preferred.
