This position is onsite and in Plano, Texas. Successful candidates will need to be already living in Dallas Metro and able to commute daily to Plano, TX.
Reporting to the Director of Business Systems, the Salesforce Administrator will work as part of the team dedicated to ensuring that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on the various user group needs. This position will be responsible for identifying and collaborating with internal business units to provide technology solutions to improve operational productivity. We are seeking a unique individual who has strong organizational skills, and problem-solving expertise and excels in working in a fast-pact environment. where creativity and risk-taking are encouraged and production stability and quality are expected. Qualified candidates should be fast learners and will serve as the "go-to" for users, promote adoption, keep current on new releases and AppExchange solutions, and more. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain New/Existing applications in SFDC
- Configure and maintain external integrators linked to SFDC
- Maintain a strong understanding of key features and functionality of SFDC and applications linked to SFDC
- Adapt and evaluate new features and technologies inside SFDC when needed
- Proactively seek out and identify needed system improvements
- Address tickets and system issues raised by users while managing expectations
- Proactively gather feedback from users
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Salesforce Administrator certification is required
- Minimum of one (1) + year of Salesforce experience
- 2 + years of experience in Software development
- In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC
- Demonstrated Salesforce integration project success
- Proficiency with Salesforce flows
- Experience working with 3rd party APIs
- Strong knowledge of OOP

- Experience with Salesforce DX

- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to solve non-standard problems with an innovative approach
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, relationship building skills
- Small business finance knowledge is a plus
- Spanish speaking is a plus
