Sales Partner
Corporate Office - Fort Worth, TX
Salary: $75,000/yr

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide excellent customer service, and support to the Company's team of packaging sales professionals. Responsible for being the point of contact for our Strategic Customer Base in the Integrated Packaging Division.
DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS
- Engages with sales associates to ensure that orders are processed correctly & processes are adhered to
- Manages multiple projects/ at once among numerous salespeople and provides regular progress reports to managers; able to multitask with a strong attention to detail
- Oversees the IPD customer onboarding process from start to finish, ensuring that all documentation is prepared for distribution and communicates among multiple groups within the company, including trade references
- Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; develops presentation formats and materials for use in customer faced business meetings
- Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifies alternate means for filling orders; notifies managers and customers.
- Manages strategic customer pricing updates (based on customer timing) regular and special prices; forwards communications to managers / internal partners
- Manages invoicing and business flow through customer web portals
- Develops reporting for customer required data such as Environmental Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) performance.
- Manages the flow of information to/from customer specific web portals and can be a backup for Credit and Finance departments when necessary
- Interacts with customer to provide product and pricing information by clarifying customer requests; selects appropriate information; forwards information; answers questions.
- Maintains customer profiles and updates in CRM; prepares and distributes monthly reports to managers
- Conducts daily communication from Conner Plant (s) to Customer facilities
- Enters and flows all returned goods – conducts all communication internally to Conner QA and reports back out to customer
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Strong computer skills with experience in the Microsoft Office suite as well as CRM, Skype, GoToMeeting, Etc.
- Analytical thinker with a strong basis on data gathering and analysis
- Proven business acumen
- Energetic, organized, and able to manage a wide range of projects and priorities
- Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality
- Excellent communicator (Verbal and written)
- Confidence in making decisions
- Motivated self-starter and the ability to get things done!
- Previous Key Account Management Support
- Understand importance of ‘do what you say’
