Role Description
The Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting and generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, conducting sales presentations and demonstrations, negotiating and closing deals, and achieving sales targets. The Salesperson will also provide excellent customer service and client support throughout the sales process
- 1099 lifetime commission-only sales position.
- It is ideal for those working in or connected with Assisted Living or Senior Living.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software
- Experience in the healthcare or senior living industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
