Freedom Powersports, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking an experienced and motivated Powersports Sales Manager to join our winning team in Burleson.

Duties:
- Meet company objectives for sales and set individual targets with your team
- Track and report sales and performance daily
- Structure deals, present numbers, close deals
- Assist General Manager with operational functions including inventory, accounting audits, performing managerial calls to customers, interviewing potential new team members, and more.
- Ensure that the facility is running smoothly, whatever tasks those may be, whether it is working with a guest, moving bikes and vehicles, cleaning up the showroom, administrative duties, reports, etc. The words "not my job" are not part of this team
- Develop your sales team through motivation, product knowledge, education, and process training
- Ensure customer care and satisfaction by providing outstanding service and promptly resolving customer concerns and questions
- Other duties as assigned
