Deedyco is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, driving sales growth, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales goals
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge in the market

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth
  • Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques and strategies, with the ability to effectively train and develop sales representatives
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track and measure sales performance.

Salary

$70,000 - $120,000 Annually
