Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance performance and reach sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and messaging.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
