Job Introduction: We are seeking a Sales & Digital Administration Coordinator to join our team at Bollore Logistics. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and digital support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing and organizing sales activities, including international invoices, preparing shipments, and resolving issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external clients to ensure timely sales materials and information delivery.
- Manage and update the customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis, providing insights and recommendations to the sales team
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other digital channels
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and expense tracking.
Requirements:
- Reliable, consistent, on-site attendance is a requirement
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in business administration or sales support is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Requirements
