Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales/Business Development Representative with a background in construction to join our team in an administrative role. This role is essential for following up on leads, reviewing blueprints, estimating project costs, and ultimately closing deals. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for driving sales in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales:
    • Follow up on incoming leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our services.
    • Conduct sales presentations and provide detailed proposals to potential clients.
    • Other sales / business development tasks as needed
  2. Administrative:
    • Review and interpret blueprints and project specifications to prepare accurate estimates.
    • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure client needs are met.
    • Utilize CRM software to track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
    • Other administrative tasks as needed.
  3. Customer Service:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a smooth sales process.
    • Other customer service tasks as needed. 

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, blueprints, and estimating.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
