Full Job Description
In this internship, you will assist the LV Leasing team in multiple facets, including but not limited to:
- Assist with various market research tasks to develop data reports
- Prepare student feedback surveys and summaries
- Assist in memorializing company leasing and sales strategies
- Perform weekly audits on Leasing Trackers and CRM platforms
- Provide leasing and training support to onsite teams when needed
Requirements
- Currently pursing B.A.
- Must be able to work 15-20 hours per week
- Must have prior leasing agent experience
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint Word)
- Bonus Skill: Entrata knowledge
Benefits
This paid internship will run from September 2024 - December 2024 with the possibility to continue into the Spring. The internship will be approximately 15-25 hours per week. Pay is $15 per hour.
