Our top-rated solar company is seeking a Relationship Manager to join our growing team! As a  Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to promote renewable  energy solutions. This position is not just sales, it’s about building lasting relationships with our  clients, understanding their energy needs, and guiding them through the journey of adopting  

solar power. You will be the face of our company, ensuring that each client experiences exceptional service from initial contact through to post-installation support. The ideal candidate  for this position will be someone who cares about relationship building and finding solutions.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Client Relationship Building 

o Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with residential and  commercial clients. 

o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing  updates, and resolving any issues that arise throughout the sales and installation  process 

• Consultative Sales Approach 

o Conduct detailed consultations with potential clients to assess their energy  needs and educate them on the benefits of solar energy.  

o Provide tailored solar solutions, including system design, cost estimates, and  financing options, ensuring each proposal meets the unique needs of the client. • Sales Pipeline Management 

o Manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and customer  interactions in our CRM system.  

o Follow up with leads in a timely manner, ensuring no opportunities are missed • Product Knowledge and Expertise 

o Stay up to date on the latest solar technologies, industry trends, and regulatory  changes.  

o Communicate complex technical information in a clear and understandable  manor to clients. 

• Collaboration with Internal Teams: 

o Work closely with the installation and technical support teams to ensure  seamless project execution 

o Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and
