ROADWAY RESCUES LLC is a reputable company specializing in Roadside Assistance Services. Our mission is to provide fast, reliable, and efficient assistance to drivers in need. We are currently seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Roadside Assistance Specialists.

As a Roadside Assistance Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to emergency calls from drivers experiencing vehicle breakdowns or other roadside difficulties. You will assess the situation, provide support and guidance to drivers, and coordinate the dispatch of service providers to assist them.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from drivers in need of roadside assistance.
• Assist drivers in assessing their situation and determining the appropriate course of action.
• Coordinate with service providers, such as towing companies and mechanics, to dispatch assistance to drivers.
• Keep drivers informed of estimated arrival times and any additional information.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, interactions, and resolutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology, and best practices in Roadside Assistance Services.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or roadside assistance environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of roadside assistance services, automotive terminology, and basic vehicle troubleshooting is a plus.
• Fluency in English and additional language(s) is advantageous.
