RN - L&D

Seasoned Recruitment is currently hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for our Labor and Delivery (L&D) department. As an RN in the L&D unit, you will have the opportunity to work with expectant mothers, assisting them during labor and childbirth to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing personalized care to patients throughout the labor and delivery process.Adjust plans to reach desired outcomes.
• Monitoring fetal heart rate and contraction patterns
• Assisting with pain management techniques, managing discomfort, staying professional are vital in therapeutic connections with patients and families.
• Educating patients and their families on newborn care and breastfeeding
• You'll use different strategies for problem-solving with patients, families, and staff. Recognize limitations and prioritize safety, effectiveness, and efficiency in patient care planning and delivery.
• Achieve goals through teamwork, recognize contributions, commit to growth. Contribute to peers' development, show community service commitment

Requirements

Qualified candidates must have:

• Current RN license in the state
• Graduate of an Accredited Program
• Experience in Labor and Delivery
• A current and valid nursing license.
• Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
• Knowledge of maternal and fetal health, and childbirth practices
