Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to live chat inquiries from potential patients and their families.
• Provide accurate information regarding hospice services, care options, and support resources.

• Document chat interactions accurately in our systems to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaboration with the clinical and administrative teams to relay pertinent information and improve service delivery.
