Registered Nurse - Emergency (Days or Nights)

Join the team at our client, a reputable hospital in Beaumont, is seeking to add Registered Nurses in it's Emergency Department. This is a full-time, direct hire position.

Shift:

• Days or Nights, 12-hour shifts

Responsibilities:

• Perform ongoing assessments and provide nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment
• Monitor and interpret patient data from various monitoring systems
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Educate patients and their families on their conditions and self-care techniques

Pay:

• $27.30 - $43.50 per hour plus shift differentials (Depends on Experience)

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 6 months acute care RN experience (new grads who have completed at least 1 Emergency Medicine clinical rotation may also be considered)
• Active BLS certification required within 2 weeks of employment
• ACLS certification required within 8 weeks of employment
• TNCC and ENPC/PALS required within 12 months of employment
• Arrhythmia Recognition Course within 8 weeks of employment
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
