As the RSM, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in the Austin region. Your key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Leading and managing a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Identifying market trends and opportunities to stay ahead of the competition.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products and services.
• Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and market trends to make data-driven decisions.

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the foodservice industry, with a strong track record of achieving targets. You should also have a minimum of 2 years of management experience, demonstrating excellent leadership and coaching skills.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional who can effectively communicate, negotiate, and build relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is required, and exceptional problem-solving skills are a must.

Requirements
