LGI Homes is seeking a Regional Office Manager in the Austin area.

The Regional Office Manager is responsible for supporting LGI Homes’ field operations in the Central Texas Market, ensuring operational consistency across communities in line with the LGI way.
This role will facilitate the installation of LGI Homes’ Information Centers within the region, communicate with Division Leadership and coordinate Division meetings, trainings and events. This position will train new Office Managers and provide support to Office Management peers within the Region.
The Regional Office Manager will also be the first point of contact at an LGI Homes Information Center. This role will provide exceptional customer service, greeting clients in-person and over the phone and assisting with client relations.
The Regional Office Manager will execute key marketing initiatives, manage critical documentation through the home closing process and assist with construction permitting tasks. This role will become an expert user of the LGI Performance Tracking System, conduct daily data entry and reporting and prepare weekly reports for management.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree and at least 1 year of administrative experience is highly preferred. The Office Manager must have a positive attitude, exceptional communication skills, be detail-oriented and have the ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments.
