We've got a job for you! VIP Holiday Photos needs your help to make children's dreams come true! We are Houston, TX based, with over 120+ photo sets in shopping centers all over the country. We are a growing, fast-paced, social, and supportive company with rewarding opportunities and competitive pay. Our goal is to create long lasting memories for children and their parents every Christmas and Easter season!
The Regional Manager will assist the Territory Director with preparing and overseeing 60+ photo sets in shopping centers all over the United States for the upcoming Christmas and Easter seasons.
Our Territory Director oversees our photo sets in the West and South regions of the US. During off-season, you will work at the office on business days with regular business hours.
During in-season, you will be out and about, traveling to photo sets to deliver equipment, train employees, set-up equipment, and work the set if need be.
Requirements
Responsibilities required (but not limited to):
• Working directly with the Territory Director
• Overseeing 60+ photo sets in 60+ shopping centers
• Recruitment
• Training workshops
• Hiring/terminating employees
• Create/Attend phone call/Zoom meetings
• Ability to fly/drive promptly/unexpectedly (paid travel expenses)
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, fluctuating environment
• Ability to work on Holidays such as the day before and after Thanksgiving, Dec 24th, Dec 26th, Kwanzaa, Hanukkah, the day before and after Easter, etc.
• Work 9am to 5pm in an office setting during off-season
• Work 10 to 12 hour+ shifts, 7 days a week during in-season
• Travel for days to weeks at a time during in-season, if needed
• Ability to lift minimum 25 to 40lbs+
• Manage and help District Managers' tasks if needed
• Work with spreadsheets and data entry daily
• Reply to emails hourly/daily
• Keep outstanding relationships and communication with characters (Santa and Bunny), Marketing Directors, General Managers, District Managers, Location managers, and corporate management (CEO, Logistics, HR, Accounting, etc.)
• Strong organization skills
• Great multi-tasking skills Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have smart phone
• Must have reliable transportation
• Valid Driver's License
• Must be able to pass a background check and/or drug screen
• Management Experience, minimum 5 years
• Promotions/Events Experience, minimum 3 years
• Customer Service Experience, minimum 5 years
• Retail Experience, minimum 1 year
• Photography experience is a plus!
• Technologically savvy
• Spreadsheets, Google Drive, Outlook, etc.
• Must be able to obtain a rental car (Must meet state requirements in all states in Territory Director's region)

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
