SUPER SOCCER STARS is the country's most popular soccer development program for children! Requirements
Business Development:
- Identify and execute strategic business opportunities for all Super Soccer Stars programs
- Build and manage mutually beneficial relationships with schools, recreation departments, community centers, parks, partnership programs and other facilities through supervision and effective communication
- Liaise with partner facilities to maintain effective business relationships, arrange and maintain class schedules and optimize each partnership
Financial Management:
- Liaise with executive team to review P&L numbers and effectively manage budget and control expenses
- Analyze profitability of current locations and partnerships, minimize expenses, and improve regional operational processes
Customer Service
- Communicate with families, locations, and coaches (seasonal promotion and notifications, class adjustments, class/event/programming coordination)
- Handle escalated issues swiftly within Soccer Stars standards and to maximize customer service satisfaction
- Maintain a hands-on implementation of all Super Soccer Stars customer service standards to ensure 24-hour turnaround on all customer inquiries
- Ensure regular communication practices are upheld and executed to company standards
Program Administration
- Implement and execute regional administrative timelines
- Ensure the following
- All facilities and permits are secured
- All schedules are built, and classes are created as per company directives and timeline
- All schedule and weather changes are administered accurately and urgently
Local Administrative and Staff Management
- Oversee local staff to ensure coach management software is fully updated with coach availability and schedules
- Ensure all tasks and projects are brought to completion in an urgent and timely manner
Requirements
- Willing and available to work when children are most active:
- Weekdays between 3pm and 5pm; and
- Weekends between 8am and 11am, and between 1pm and 4pm
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Extreme professionalism and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment while delivering flawless results
- A passion for sports and/or soccer
- Must be located in Houston, Texas.
The ideal candidate:
- Has experience in a leadership or management position (volunteering included)
- Has experience with early childhood and school/afterschool programs
- Enjoys working with children or in childcare of any kind (volunteering included)
- Has sales experience
- Is familiar with the Microsoft Excel and the Google suite of products (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
- Is energetic and growth minded
- Possesses/Is Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
- Is Bilingual (English and Spanish) though this quality is not essential
