We're seeking a high-EQ and experienced Recruitment Manager to oversee talent strategy, search and operations for our creative agency. Recruitment Managers play a pivotal role in fostering team growth and progression across all offices. Acting as an advocate for potential candidates, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, focusing on sourcing talent for both permanent, contract, and freelance positions. Operating across various specialty sectors, we will need you to excel in candidate identification and sourcing, ensuring a swift turnaround without compromising candidate satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen qualified candidates by leveraging online job boards, employee referrals, search engines, and web resume-mining techniques
  • Manage candidates seamlessly through the interview process; set expectations, provide thoughtful feedback, negotiate and close all offers
  • Provide regular status updates to Hiring team and Hiring Managers on recruitment for open positions
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to identify key requirements and set recruitment strategy for designated roles
  • Proactively develop pools of qualified candidates in advance of need
  • Schedule, track, and manage in-person and phone interviews across multiple time zones
  • Maintain various recruitment tracking and reports, and enhance existing reports where applicable
  • Fully and accurately utilize our applicant tracking system and all other talent acquisition tools
  • Manage pool of freelancers and work with project management teams to resource when and where necessary
  • Represent, articulate, and evangelize the Bakery brand proposition with personality and professionalism

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 2+ years of experience recruiting in a fast-paced creative agency environment
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for marketing and/or advertising positions.
  • Proactive attitude, eager to expand knowledge within the advertising/marketing sector.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on streamlined staffing and onboarding processes.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in collaboration.
  • Innate curiosity and a commitment to ongoing self-improvement.
