Full Job Description
- Evaluate products to be tested and review specifications
- Develop comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases based off documentation and discussion of features with the dev team
- Estimate the QA effort needed to complete desired testing, and track the burndown of that effort
- Facilitate communication between QA, Production, Dev, and outsource groups as needed
- Identify and track defects to resolution
- Work with team members to recommend features and functionality that create a unique and superior experience for our customers

Requirements
- 2+ years of quality assurance experience
- Strong critical thinking skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience with Excel (Note I’m torn on this one – might make this a requirement)
Preferences
- 2-year degree in associated field
- Prior experience with test plan or test case creation
- Prior experience working on console or localization
- Prior experience with Excel (Note I’m torn on this one – might make this a requirement)
- Knowledge of Software Life cycles
- Experience with automated testing
