Project Safety Coordinator

Founded in 1984, Firetrol is the national leader in fire protection & life safety services. We are currently seeking a Project Safety Coordinator to join our team of over 1,000 of the best fire protection professionals in the industry. This position is based in our Austin, TX office.

The Project Safety Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the safety program for assigned projects. Duties include conducting safety inspections, providing safety training to employees, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards, and promoting a safety culture throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction safety management or related field.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction outreach certification.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other applicable safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
