As a Project Manager at McLane Intelligent Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring successful project delivery across various IT initiatives. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation through to completion, working collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders to meet objectives and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Lead and motivate project teams to ensure high performance and successful collaboration.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to achieve objectives.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and conflicts to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding project status, milestones, and deliverables.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to ensure effective execution.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions to ensure alignment among project teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, and perform project evaluations to assess outcome and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Information Technology.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the IT sector.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g. MS Project, Asana, Jira).
