Full Job Description
We seek a highly motivated, detail-oriented, business-minded professional with creativity, initiative and project management skills to support our security services team. The team’s services include protection services, event security and a range of various other security-related business engagements.
This role will support project generation, management and administration for the delivery of protection services Control Risks’ clients around the world. The successful candidate will be a highly organized individual that will be tasked with administratively supporting the Security Services team.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Ensure proper administration of the Security Services practice in North America to include project management, tracking of work in progress and billing.
- Manage administrative actions of the services business including contractor invoices, expenses and internal management systems.
- Assist with onboarding and maintaining a vibrant network of partners/sub-contractors across the United States and Canada.
- Write proposals for clients and potential clients under the supervision of a consultant.
- Attend meetings with clients and potential clients as needed
- Work closely with consultants around the world ensuring that Security Services projects are properly administrated.
- Ensure that client invoices are accurate, complete and timely.

- Bachelor's degree preferred, or professional services experience.
- Fluent in English with professional communication skills.
- Ability to navigate a complex, global firm and build relationships.
- A strong inclination and passion to learn about Security Services

- Able to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
