Program Coordinator - Warehouse Logistics

This position entails working with the Inventory Coordinator to oversee the Dairy MAX warehouse. This position entails working with Director Operations and Departments on specialized events, coordinating asset logistics and help managing inventory project needs. This position requires a motivated person with attention to detail, high organizational skills as well as programing system competence.

Requirements

• Collaborate with departments on special events, inventory or projects needs.
• Prepare and provide program areas with necessary inventory reports.
• Assist with quarterly department meetings.
• Assist with warehouse shipping and receiving, including returns from departments or team members.
• Prepare and provide necessary warehouse reports.
• Ensure warehouse systems are maintained. 
• Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas.
