We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. The Production Associate will work closely with the designated Loan Officer and Team Loan Officers to facilitate the loan process. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our clients.
Duties include:
- Following up on leads for potential borrowers, scheduling appointments, coordinating multiple calendars, and making follow-up calls as appropriate; providing exceptional customer service to borrowers
- Coordinating receipt of a complete and accurate loan application package
- Communicating effectively and quickly to all parties, both internally and externally, about timelines and expectations to ensure all loans close on time
- Following up with borrowers for items needed for loan submission
- Tracking the loan throughout the entire loan application process
- Managing the CRM, including follow-ups with warm leads and closed loans
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of mortgage experience or related position is a plus
- Knowledge and understanding of the lending process, federal and state law, and various loan products and guidelines is a plus
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of audiences.
- Must have attention to detail and customer service focus.
- Ability to adhere to established processes and checklists.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fluid and rapidly changing environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strict time requirements.
- Proficient with MS Office, with a knowledge of industry automation and software.
- High level of integrity, ethics, discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Sales aptitude is a plus.
