Energy Industry knowledge - Any type of industry knowledge is good.

Traditional

BA Skills and Expertise - I need someone who can perform traditional BA

and Product Owner responsibilities. Requirements gathering, project

scoping, product testing, product training, deployment plans, vendor

management, stakeholder management, project management

Ability

to work independently - I need someone who can hit the ground running.

I provide a decent amount of support, but I need someone who is

confident enough to take projects and tasks and run with them with

minimal support

Problem

Solving Skills - Someone who can identify a problem, provide multiple

solutions and then execute the agreed upon solution. I can't be walking

this person through every issue that comes up. They need to be able to

problem solve on their own and look to me for final decisions.

Communication

- This person needs to be able to clearly communicate with all levels.

This includes end users, managers, stakeholders, executives,

developers, consultants, etc. They need to be able to articulate

progress and issues with a project in a clear and concise way.

Technical

Skills - Someone who has experience with things such as SQL, Python,

Power BI, etc. While this is not required, it is highly desirable.
