About PeerCircles
PeerCircles™ is a combination service and bespoke AI-driven platform used by top organizations and professionals alike, to build community, advocacy, learning, and growth – in order to build brand champions, drive retention, and reduce customer churn. The company works with leading and innovative brands to build understanding and community at scale. The company seeks to build out the B2C side of the business by engaging industry professional peer groups supported by experienced facilitators and a next-generation AI technology platform.
About the Role
This is a full-time remote role (can start as part time) for a President. The President will be responsible for helping shape the vision, go-to-market, sales, and ensuring effective delivery of services and products. The President will be responsible for setting strategic goals, managing budgets, and building a team to lead with the support of an active family investment office office and venture studio network.
Requirements
- Leadership and management skills for effective management of a team
- Marketing mindset, SMB marketing experiences
- Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills
- Experience working at a peer support organization (e.g. Vistage, YPO) and in startup environment(s)
- Experience with industry-leading market research and customer insights firms (e.g. Gartner)
- Experience in building strong partnerships, and ideally selling related programs to brands and SMBs
- Experience with SaaS companies, B2B brands and innovation is a plus
