Full Job Description

Full Time Physical Therapist – Serve the Community in Eden, Texas

We are looking for a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at a small community hospital in Eden, Texas, conveniently located between San Antonio and Austin, TX. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on care to help patients manage both acute and chronic conditions, improve mobility, and achieve their health and wellness goals.

As a valued member of our healthcare team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations to identify physical therapy needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide interventions aimed at improving mobility, relieving pain, and restoring function.
  • Deliver hands-on therapy to help patients regain physical independence and prevent long-term disability.
  • Work alongside other healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment plans, participate in team meetings, and provide regular updates on patient progress.
  • Monitor and assess patient progress, making necessary modifications to treatment plans to ensure the achievement of functional recovery goals.
  • Provide patient and family education on rehabilitation exercises, recovery strategies, and long-term health maintenance. Mentor students and volunteers during their training.
  • Utilize the latest research and clinical guidelines to deliver the most effective and evidence-based care for patients.

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 annually

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active Physical Therapist licensure in Texas
  • Preferred experience in treating both acute and chronic conditions
  • Knowledge of manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation principles
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • A passion for improving patient care and supporting recovery
