Physical Therapist - Full-time

We need a compassionate and competent Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will assess, strategize, and execute customized treatment plans aimed at assisting patients in achieving their recovery goals. In close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver comprehensive care that prioritizes patient needs. Salary: $75,000-$85,000 a year

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate physical abilities and limitations through comprehensive evaluations.
• Keep records of the patient's medical history and follow all rules, regulations, and protocols
• Create treatment strategies using a range of therapeutic methods for each patient
• Perform physical therapy as directed by a doctor to reduce pain and improve mobility for patients
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to case discussions and care planning.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active TX state license as Physical Therapist.
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
