Your new role: People Enablement Specialist - US
Location: Plano, TX, United States
Potential Compensation: $60 000 to $70 000 OTE
The People Enablement Specialist supports and improves the overall organizational performance by offering an exceptional candidate and employee experience across the entire employee life cycle. This includes tasks such as preparing contracts & offers, conducting on-boarding & off-boarding, initiating employee benefits and compensation programs and engaging in employee relations. In addition, the owner of this role works on HR projects and assists in cross-functional capacities with other HR areas such as Recruitment and Learning & Development.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the on-boarding of new US employees
- Process Payroll & Benefits for US employees
- Act as the first point of contact regarding HR related matters and requests
- Support US engagement through team events, surveys, and announcements
- Contribute in HR special projects and process improvements
- Cross-functional assistance with Recruitment and Learning & Development needs
Requirements
About you
- Current knowledge of US HR policies & regulations
- Highly organized & detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Limited experience in HR roles
- Preferable experience in the Tech space
