Are you a compassionate and skilled nurse who is passionate about providing care to pediatric patients? Advanced Pediatric Care is seeking a Pediatric Home Health Nurse LVN / RN to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality healthcare services to pediatric patients in the Nederland area. The current opening is for the following shifts:
7:00a-7:00p - Tuesday - Thursday
7:00p-7:00a - Monday-Thursday
9:00a-5:00p - Saturday & Sunday
-LVN range from $19.00-$30.00 per hour (depending on experience, shift, and acuity)
-RN range from $25.00-$40.00 per hour (depending on experience, shift, and acuity)
Responsibilities
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals -
- Monitoring patients' health conditions and reporting any changes or concerns to the medical team -
- Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and feeding -
- Providing emotional support to patients and their families -
- Conducting patient assessments and following care plans -
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care -
- Educating patients and their families on treatment plans and health management
Requirements
- Current LVN / RN license in Texas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of pediatric medical equipment and procedures
- CPR certification
