Pediatric Home Health Nurse LVN / RN - LCM

Join our team at Advanced Pediatric Care as a Pediatric Home Health Nurse LVN / RN, providing high-quality healthcare services to pediatric patients in the Beaumont area. At Advanced Pediatric Care, we are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of children and their families.

-LVN range from $19.00-$30.00 per hour (depending on experience, shift, and acuity)

-RN range from $25.00-$40.00 per hour (depending on experience, shift, and acuity)

The current opening is for a case in Little Cypress, shift is three nights per week 6:00pm-6:00am.

Training provided. PTO and insurance available for full-time employment.

Requirements

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals -
• Monitoring patients' health conditions and reporting any changes or concerns to the medical team -
• Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and feeding -
• Providing emotional support to patients and their families -
• Conducting patient assessments and following care plans -
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care -
• Educating patients and their families on treatment plans and health management
