Part-Time Preschool & Youth Soccer Coach

Super Soccer Stars is looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Part-Time Preschool & Youth Soccer Coaches. As a Soccer Coach, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on children's lives by delivering our best-in-class curriculum to small groups of children in a fun, non-competitive, and educational environment.

Our program is designed for children from preschool age to youth, and we offer classes, camps, private groups, afterschool enrichment, birthday parties, and team training. With over 20 years of experience in youth educational soccer programs, we use the soccer ball as a vehicle to help children develop their soccer skills, self-confidence, physical literacy, gross motor skills, and socialization skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver our curriculum to small groups of children, ages preschool to youth, in a non-competitive and educational environment.
• Create a fun and safe learning environment for all children in the program.
• Teach soccer skills, promote physical fitness, and encourage sportsmanship and teamwork.
• Engage with parents and provide regular feedback on their child's progress.
• Manage and organize equipment for classes and ensure a smooth flow of activities.

• Passion for working with children and a strong interest in soccer.
• Prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camp counselor, or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, team-based environment.
• Reliable transportation to travel to different class locations.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Availability to work part-time, including evenings and weekends.
