Full Job Description

RideNow Powersports is seeking a highly motivated and experienced PARTS MANAGER to join our team. As a Parts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our Parts Department, which sells a wide range of motorcycle, ATV, and watercraft parts and accessories.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of parts specialists, providing training and guidance to drive exceptional performance.
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize the efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction of the Parts Department.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ensure accurate stocking, and maintain appropriate parts inventory based on sales trends and customer demand.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Service, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and keep up-to-date with the latest powersports products and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the Parts Department and the company.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a parts management role within the powersports or automotive industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong knowledge of parts sales, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.
  • Proven ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Powersports enthusiast with a passion for the industry and a strong understanding of motorcycles, ATVs, and watercraft.
