Role Overview:
Futurex works with hundreds of technology and channel partners around the world, and we are looking for an enthusiastic Partner Marketing Specialist to help expand our fast-growing Marketing team.
This role will be instrumental in developing and executing partner marketing strategies that will enhance our partnerships and drive collaborative success. You will work closely with our partners and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and execution of joint marketing initiatives.
Along with running items from the "typical" partner marketing playbook (campaigns, webinars, events, etc.), we want someone who can think creatively and introduce fresh, new ideas into the mix. The right person in this role would be a force-multiplier to Futurex's marketing team, and fast career growth within this group is not uncommon.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing programs that engage Futurex partners and drive mutual growth and success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to create compelling co-branded content, collateral, and campaigns.
- Analyze partner marketing performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Develop strong relationships with partners and ensure alignment of marketing goals and messages.
- Manage and execute partner marketing events and webinars.
- Provide updates and reports to senior management on partner marketing initiatives.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in partner marketing or channel marketing, working in the enterprise B2B technology field (cybersecurity marketing experience is a big advantage!).
- Proven track record of developing and executing partner marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
- Expertise in developing co-branded marketing assets, campaigns, and events.
- Analytical skills to measure the ROI of partner marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships with partners.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
