Paralegal - Personal Injury

Elite Sourcing LLC is seeking a motivated and skilled Paralegal with a focus on Personal Injury law to join a dynamic law firm. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to support attorneys in various aspects of personal injury cases, helping clients navigate their legal journey with efficiency and empathy.

As a Paralegal specializing in Personal Injury, you will be responsible for managing case files, conducting legal research, drafting documents, and assisting with trial preparation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with the preparation and drafting of legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
• Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case strategies.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies regarding case progress.
• Assist with the preparation of trial exhibits, witness lists, and trial notebooks.
• Attend client meetings and court proceedings when necessary.
• Maintain and update case management systems and calendars.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal
• Strong knowledge of personal injury legal principles and terminology.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
