Paralegal

Join our team at 1 Resource Group as a Paralegal! We're looking for a dedicated and friendly individual to assist our legal department with a variety of tasks. This is a fantastic DIRECT HIRE opportunity for someone who is passionate about the law and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

• Support our attorneys with legal research, preparing case documents, and drafting pleadings.
• Help manage and organize files, ensuring everything is up to date and accessible.
• Assist with communication between clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters.
• Contribute to the preparation of trial materials and support litigation efforts.
• Work with our team to ensure compliance with legal procedures and maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements

Requirements:

• A degree in Paralegal studies or a related field is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a legal setting is a plus!
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
