Painter

1 Resource Group is currently seeking skilled Painters to join our team at our clients site in South Houston, TX. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and coatings to various surfaces following specifications and ensuring high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
• Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
• Ensure accurate color matching and mixing of paints
• Inspect finished surfaces and make any necessary touch-ups or repairs
• Maintain painting equipment and tools in proper condition
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Painter or similar role
• Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
• Ability to interpret specifications and follow instructions
• Attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license
