1 Resource Group is seeking Packers to join our team at a leading manufacturing facility in Houston, TX. This position is essential to ensuring products are packaged correctly, efficiently, and according to established guidelines.

As a Packer, you will be responsible for packaging products, labeling, and preparing them for shipment while maintaining a clean and organized work area. You will play a crucial role in meeting production deadlines and ensuring customer satisfaction through the careful handling and packaging of products.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately package products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Label packages with the correct information and prepare for shipping.
• Inspect products for defects or quality issues before packing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking product levels and reporting shortages.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Follow all safety guidelines and report any safety hazards immediately.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in packing, assembly, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Physical ability to lift packages and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
