Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and engage with potential homebuyers in the Houston area through networking, attending community events, and outreach.
  • Create captivating presentations that highlight the quality and advantages of Perry Homes.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through the home-buying journey.
  • Collaborate with our talented team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Stay enthusiastic and informed about the latest market trends, competitor activities, and community developments.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports that reflect your progress and contribute to overall team success.

Requirements

  • High school diploma is required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, with previous experience in outside sales preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Engaging communication and interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse range of clients.
  • A positive, self-motivated approach with a strong appetite for achieving results.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple opportunities in the field.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office to track leads and sales activities.
