About the Role

You will join our small but rapidly growing Business Operations team to be the sole Order Manager at Giga Energy. Your main focus will be to serve as the primary post-sales customer advocate & point of contact from order placement to final delivery. You will serve as the liaison between our customers and our Product & Manufacturing team. You will collaborate with our Project Managers overseas to track the status of each order and keep regular contact with our customers via phone, email, and messaging.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the order fulfillment process, from order placement to final delivery.
  • Serve as the liaison between customers and Giga Energy's Product & Manufacturing team, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to track the status of each order, ensuring timely updates and progress reporting.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers via phone, email, and messaging, providing order status updates and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  • Utilize CRM software (Hubspot), email, phone, and G-Suite to efficiently manage customer interactions and order tracking.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Giga Energy's products, including modular data centers, transformers, switchboards, and power generation equipment, to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Foster positive customer relationships by exhibiting a customer-centric attitude, friendliness, and clear communication skills.
  • Coordinate with internal teams responsible for invoicing, shipping, and post-delivery support to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Respond promptly to customer calls and messages, prioritizing timely and effective communication.
  • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and order management processes, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in order management and customer service.
  • Contribute to a fast-paced, informal, and results-oriented culture, aligning with Giga Energy's core values of speed, trust, and extreme ownership.

  • BS or MS in related field, and/or evidence of exceptional experience

  • Enthusiasm for the bitcoin or energy industry and/or experience working at a startup preferred
  • Can-do attitude and a strong sense of urgency
